None of this is meant to overwhelm you. Modern life exposes all of us to far more toxins than our grandparents ever encountered, and you can’t eliminate all of it. But you can meaningfully reduce your load with a handful of practical changes, and pair that with the daily habits that give your body room to recover and repair.

Toxin Exposure: Where It Comes From

Let’s start with where these exposures actually come from.

If we look at modern life in this country, toxin exposure has become the norm, not the exception. Exposure comes from many sources, but the primary ones are woven into daily life: the food we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe, and sometimes the medications we take, which is exactly what Part 2 covered. Fasting, Exercise, Breathing & Sleep
