Keto Ingredients In Hendersonville Nc
- 1 cup unsalted macadamia nuts
- 2 scoops protein powder (optional)
- ¼ almond flour
- 2 tbls ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 4 whole eggs/ 2 egg whites
- ¼ cup melted organic butter
- 1 tbls apple cider vinegar
(Nutrition: Fat 24 gm, Protein 12 gm, Carbs 4 gm)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°, grease a glass (pyrex) loaf pan.
- Grind 1 cup macadamia nuts in a coffee grinder (finely ground).
- Mix together macadamias, almond flour, protein powder, ground flax seeds, baking soda and salt.
- In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs, butter and apple cider vinegar.
- Add egg mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir until thickened and slightly bubbly.
- Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 40 – 45 minutes.
- Top with slices of avocado and tomato. Or your favorite cheese and sprouts. Makes a great BLT too!
