Keto Bread
A grain-free, gluten-free, low-carb keto bread made with macadamia nuts and almond flour.

Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a glass (Pyrex) loaf pan.
- Grind the macadamia nuts in a coffee grinder until finely ground.
- Mix together the ground macadamias, almond flour, protein powder, ground flax seeds, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, butter, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until thickened and slightly bubbly.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Top with slices of avocado and tomato, or your favorite cheese and sprouts, for a great BLT.

- 1 cup unsalted macadamia nuts
- 2 scoops protein powder (optional)
- ¼ almond flour
- 2 tbls ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 4 whole eggs/ 2 egg whites
- ¼ cup melted organic butter
- 1 tbls apple cider vinegar
(Nutrition: Fat 24 gm, Protein 12 gm, Carbs 4 gm)
Instructions:
